THE EYES HAVE IT

Eye makeup, want a new look??  Doesn't it seem each season the beauty pundits out there have some magic formula for a new you?  

So, what can we do that is special for us, that keeps us moving toward Day Light Savings?

Focus on EYES!!  It's fun, and you probably have most products already in your makeup bags.  But get something new, just one thing to make your day and winter season special.

Great colors for ANY eye color:  Violets, Golds, be Bold!! 
So get ready:          

Firstly, refresh and cleanse your eyes with a damp cotton pad, then get ready for simple eye treatment. 

 I gently dot Clarins Eye Gel you can get at Sephora, around the entire eye, under brow bone too.

I wait for it to dry, a second or two.  I have been using this eye gel for twenty, yes, TWENTY years, and always go back to it if I want to try something different, which never compares. 

This Clarins eye gel has a cooling effect, and is great for contact lens wearers, as I have very sensitive eyes that will redden and tear up if a product is too severe. 

Next, get a great eyeliner.  Gel liners are all the rage at Sephora, my girls go back to Bobbi Brown, they love this award winning product, try it in violet purple!

For every day wear, I use Estee Lauder automatic eye pencil duo at Nordstrom, I wear it in Hyacinth Sky, to really set off my baby blues!!  Comes with a refill, too!!

 Plum Grey in the automatic eye pencil works really well, another great shade that defines any eye color.  

Shades of purple make blue and green eyes pop with contrast, and soften and smoke out you amber brown eyed beauties!!!

 I LOVE this Sumptuous Waterproof Mascara by Estee Lauder at Neiman Marcus, it applies evenly, will not clump, and stays on all day, in chlorinated water and those still humid days of Indian Summer.

Remember, girls, use LOTS and LOTS of mascara! And when you get older?  Even MORE mascara!
